More groups of migrant arrive at Penn Station. They made their way on the Texas buses to NJ then took the train to Penn Station. Cabs picked them up and took them to the Roosevelt hotel. I was told around 300 migrants arrived in total. While NYC officials state the migrant crisis is unsustainable without help migrants keep rolling in . This new route is taken to avoid the NYC Mayor's executive order.
