March 1, 2022 the latest news - The Ukraine, Russia and the world media

On Thursday, which coincided with Vartanantz Day, Russia decided to invade the Ukraine.

The whole world and media is covering about it.

Here are some reminders in the Armenian conscience about what happened during September and October 2020, when Artsakh was invaded... and the world media was silent.

I'll post some quotes from today's  social media posts that describe the situation much better than I would.

Here is her quote: "Of course we stand with Ukraine. Perhaps Putin was watching carefully when just a year and a half ago, Azerbaijan attacked Armenian indigenous lands, where 4000 plus soldiers died, 200 soldiers went “missing”, more than 11,000 were injured, & 50,000 Armenians were displaced from their ancestral lands, and the world didn’t care.
Of course we stand with Ukraine. We know what this feels like because we have fought our neighbours for thousands of years, without help, just to survive. And we are still here.
In September 2020, as the world was deep in pandemic, Azerbaijan attacked Artsakh and the world ignored our pain and suffering. Very little appeared on media & when it did, to add salt to the wound, it was presented as “two-sided” aggression.
Of course we stand with Ukraine. Because, as Martin Luther King said, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” We just wish all those who stand with Ukraine now, could have shown the same solidarity, compassion, & support with Armenians around the world when we were attacked by Azerbaijan, backed by Turkey.
Of course we stand with Ukraine, because even when Hitler was asked about how could he possibly think he could get away with the Holocaust, he said, “Who remembers the Armenians?” referring to the Armenian Genocide.
Of course we stand with Ukraine because Armenians always stand for justice anywhere, even when others don’t stand with us. We just ask, simply, that you do as well.

I came across a very interesting article about the Ukraine, written in SEPTEMBER 17, 2018

ARGUMENT

An expert's point of view on a current event.

The Corrupt Shall Inherit Ukraine

In a country where even the anti-corruption prosecutors abuse their power, it's hard to say who the good guys are.

Then I remembered about the Sununu family and how they were waiting in the wings of the innocents bleeding once again to get hold of Armenian treasures, mines....

I did some search about the Sununu family and landed this website:

https://www.actionarmenia.com/press

It lists the timeline and great insights - I got to read them soon and take notes to understand the evil that dominates our world....27, 2020 and with the help of jihadist Syrian mercenaries, Azerbaijani and Turkish militants launched a premeditated attack on the indigenous Armenians of Artsakh.
