It was built in 1974. Pros Outstanding location. Less than 5 minutes drive to the shops, restaurants and train station in downtown Ardmore and the farmer's market in Suburban Square. The development borders a playground on the left side and Haveford College with its miles of trails and duck pond in the back The condo fee includes exterior maintenance, use of the community pool and all water usage The exteriors of the buildings which incorporate different colored brick are quite attractive Plenty of parking in the lot and on nearby streets Cons Units are fairly small at 1100 - 1300 square feet There are no basements The development feels a bit crowded with little separation between buildings Compare To 116 Ardmore Ave , ...
