It's always interesting to read comments of readers:
Here is some information, which I need to verify at some point, posted to the video:
Wanda Gilham Dillard:
PEOPLE PLEASE EDUCATE YOURSELVES. The Democratic Party defended slavery, started the Civil War, opposed Reconstruction, founded the Ku Klux Klan, imposed segregation, perpetrated lynchings, and fought Republicans against
the civil rights acts of the 1950s and 1960s. George Wallace was a democrat for God sake. Nathan Bedford Forrest was a DEMOCRAT CONFEDERATE officer, the founder and the first grand wizard of the kkk. ABRAHAM LINCOLN was assassinated by a democrat after abolishing slavery. When the democrats efforts to enslave blacks, keep them enslaved, and then keep them from voting had failed, the Democrats came up with a new strategy: "If black people are going to vote, they might as well vote for Democrats." As the Democratic President Lyndon Johnson was purported to have said about the Civil Rights Act, “I’ll have them n*****s voting Democrat for two hundred
years.” THE SAD THING IS, IT WORKED Most do not realize that the party they support is the party that faught to keep them enslaved and still enslaves them today.

St. Mark’s Campanile stands on 100,000 piles – False. The bell tower is supported by about 10,000 wooden piles, not 100,000. 4. Basilica della Salute required over a million trunks – Likely an exaggeration. The basilica does rest on thousands of piles, but claims of a million are probably inflated. 5. Piles are driven up to three meters deep and spaced half a meter apart – Generally accurate. The depth and spacing vary, but...
