UN Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict visit to Afghanistan (message from Ms. Margaret Novicki)

The UN Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict, Radhika Coomarawamy, will visit Afghanistan from 28 June to 3 July to inaugurate the monitoring and reporting system introduced by Security Council resolution 1612 in 2005 and to ascertain the impact of the conflict on children.
