I have a problem with SPRINT cell phone service. I was recommended to contact the DPS, as it has taken so many hours and they admit and still nothing is resolved. I'm fed up with SPRINT! I'll follow up with DPS: here is the linkhttp://www.dps.state.ny.us/index.html
