  CELL PHONE DATA SHOWS FREQUENT VISITOR TO CROOKS AND FBI BUILDING Mobile ad data analysis by the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project revealed that someone who regularly visited Thomas Crooks’ Pennsylvania home also visited a building in DC near an FBI office.
